HYUNDAI WIA is recruiting a large number of experienced employees to strengthen its future mobility parts business.

On the 2nd, HYUNDAI WIA announced large-scale recruitment of experienced employees for R&D positions until the 19th of this month. Applications are submitted through the official website. HYUNDAI WIA aims to further strengthen its future mobility parts business through this large-scale recruitment.

The recruiting areas are ▲ Vehicle parts ▲ RnA (Robotics & Autonomous) ▲ Defense industry ▲ Safety ▲ Procurement. The application processes are composed of resume screening, a personality evaluation test, and an in-person interview.

HYUNDAI WIA will recruit the majority of its employees in new business areas. The company aims to stand at the front line of the future mobility parts market by securing talented professionals in the fields of Integrated thermal management system and electrification control. HYUNDAI WIA is planning to mass-produce the Coolant module of the Thermal management system in upcoming April and the ‘integrated thermal management system’ by 2025.

HYUNDAI WIA is also proactively securing talented employees for the development of electric drive systems and electronic components. Those talented employees will be developing next generation driving parts and software for electric vehicles such as electrified drive systems and electrified Axle (eTVTC), and block coil motors. eTVTC is often called the perfection of four-wheel drive (4WD). Currently, it has completed trial driving tests and begun its mass production. The company is also co-developing the next-generation Blockcoil Motor with Hanyang University since establishing 'HYUNDAI WIA i-Motor Lab' together last year. The advanced Motor will be applied to diverse sectors including robots, automobiles, and urban air mobility (UAM) in the future.

HYUNDAI WIA is also recruiting talented people to develop Smart Factory Solutions based on robot and autonomous driving platforms. Employees in this sector will be developing logistics and autonomous robots, as well as robot control and SW development. HYUNDAI WIA is also proceeding with large-scale recruitment in the defense business sector as the industry has seen a surge in demand recently.  

HYUNDAI WIA plans to foster a working environment where recruited employees can thrive and immerse themselves in their work with a self-directed working style.
