HYUNDAI WIA will recruit the majority of its employees in new business areas. The company aims to stand at the front line of the future mobility parts market by securing talented professionals in the fields of Integrated thermal management systems and electrification control. HYUNDAI WIA is planning to mass produce the Coolant module of the Thermal management system in April and the ‘integrated thermal management system’ by 2025.
HYUNDAI WIA is also proactively securing talented employees to develop electric drive systems and electronic components. Those talented employees will develop next-generation driving parts and software for electric vehicles, such as electrified drive systems and electric torque vectoring by twin clutch (eTVTC), and block coil motors. eTVTC is often called the perfection of four-wheel drive (4WD). Currently, it has completed trial driving tests and begun its mass production. The company is also co-developing the next-generation Blockcoil Motor with Hanyang University since establishing 'HYUNDAI WIA i-Motor Lab' together last year. The advanced Motor will be applied to diverse sectors, including robots, automobiles, and urban air mobility (UAM) in the future.
HYUNDAI WIA is also recruiting talented people to develop Smart Factory Solutions based on robots and autonomous driving platforms. Employees in this sector will develop logistics and autonomous robots, as well as robot control and SW development.
