Product Overview
The CRFM is a modular cooling system that integrates condenser, radiator, cooling fan, various heat exchangers, and units into a single structure. In electrified vehicles, it improves the layout structure and enables smart fan control to efficiently cool each heat source, achieving weight reduction and optimized packaging.
Main Components
Key Functions
| Radiator | Cools high-temperature coolant with low-temperature outside air (prevents overheating and maintains ideal temperature) |
| Condenser | Condenses high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant compressed by the compressor into liquid refrigerant through heat exchange with outside air |
| Cooling Fan | Uses forced air from fan rotation to cool the front heat exchangers (radiator and condenser) |
| Air Guard | The guard that delivers air entering through the bumper to the cooling module |
