HYUNDAI WIA Workplace
HYUNDAI WIA Workplace is a facility that supports the youth seeking to be socially and financially independent after being discharged from childcare institutions, group homes, and foster care centers. HYUNDAI WIA Workplace, the first facility for youth aging out of out-of-home care in South Korea, helps to build practical self-reliance capabilities by planning and getting hands-on experiences in various business areas. This initiative was possible with local community support alongside HYUNDAI WIA efforts in persistent monitoring and follow-up management. The workplace is becoming a space for many young people to gain valuable experiences that will help them throughout their lives.
